Testimony  The NCRTP was an excellent program to be involved with. It provided me with access to leading Canadian researchers and clinicians and helped me to develop personal and working relationships with other students interested in hepatitis C. The online interdisciplinary course provided as part of the program helped improve my understanding of this infection from a basic and social science point of view. The program improved my capacity to participate in research, facilitated my clinical development and provided financial support that was invaluable in enabling me to complete my Masters of Science in Nursing and beginning my career as an advanced practice nurse in the field of hepatology.
