Testimony  In fact, I have a fabulous experience with the NCRTP-Hep C training program. I joined this program with the aim of being a clinical researcher in hepatitis C field. As a clinician, I was lacking the in-depth knowledge of hepatitis C basic science. Indeed, this program provides me with a great deal of comprehensive and up to date knowledge and understanding of basic, clinical and socioeconomic aspects of hepatitis C research field. Also, it gave me the chance to contact with a group of notable scientists and trainees in nearly all different fields of hepatitis C research. This enables me to gain the skills of critical appraisal, scientific thinking and knowledge translation. In addition, it allowed me to know how hepatitis C scientists do their research work and how they deal with the obstacles they encounter. Actually, all this has an excellent impact on my clinical practice and now I became more convincing and feel that I provide my patients with a special medical service. In conclusion, the NCRTP-Hep C is a wonderful unique multidisciplinary program that is capable of making you a well- trained and independent hepatitis C researcher.
